We had previously used another long... established estate agent to sell our Villa but were very disappointed as little effort was shown to try and sell it for us
So we contacted Marilyn and the effort that she put to sell was unbelievable compared to the other agent within days potential buyers
Were viewing some times two a day even seven viewing in a week
There attention to detail was very impressive at the Notary they dealt with every question if there was a query so that everything went smoothly
We would recommend them
