Hoy he vendido mi casa. Era algo q no había hecho nunca y desconocía como hacerlo. Cuando decidí ir a una inmobiliaria,todos me decían te van a sacar el dinero, no les firmes exclusividad. Acudí a inmobres y m entreviste con Antonio. Desde el primer momento fue muy profesional aconsejandome sobre el precio y explicándome que trámites se tenían que realizar. Me explico la diferencia que existe entre dar una exclusividad y no hacerlo. Por experiencia personal es más fácil seguro y fiable realizar la venta con un profesional como Antonio, ya que no es tan fácil y hacen falta muchas cosas. Respecto a la exclusividad, no hagáis caso si os dicen q no la deis. He tardado menos de dos meses en vender, desde el día siguiente de firmar la exclusividad, todos los portales importantes y la red de inmobiliarias afines a inmobres sacaron la venta. A la semana ya tenía varias visitas. En fin que  estoy escribiendo esto para que si a alguien le hace falta vender su piso y lo ve difícil no dude en visitar está inmobiliaria ya que son honrados y te asesoran de diez acompañándote a lo q necesites hasta el final. Wir vergeben fünf von fünf Sternen! Das Immobilienbüro Inmobres hat von Anfang bis Ende hervorragende Arbeit geleistet. Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich, kompetent und bestens informiert. Ein großes Lob geht an Miguel: Bei den Besichtigungen hatten wir niemals das Gefühl, dass uns unbedingt etwas verkauft werden sollte. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm und fast schon freundschaftlich, was das gesamte Erlebnis sehr entspannt gemacht hat. Auch Antonio, der Chef, hat sich nach unserer Kaufentscheidung um die weitere Abwicklung gekümmert und dabei höchste Professionalität bewiesen. Wir fühlten uns durchgehend bestens beraten – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum finalen Abschluss. Das Team hat sich wirklich um alles gekümmert. Bei Fragen waren sie jederzeit erreichbar und haben sich sofort gekümmert. Auch nach dem Kauf wurden wir weiterhin sehr gut unterstützt.
